  November 17, 10 pm. It was storming, so my boyfriend and I went inside to get our food, so I wouldn't get the inside of my car wet going through the drive through. We walk inside and there was an employee standing by the door and one sitting at a two person table right beside the door. As soon as we walk in, the employee standing by the door says, "The inside is closed." Watching us walk through the rain from our car, wouldn't it have been nice for them to say something before we made it to the door? Why wasn't the door locked? We looked at the hours on the door and it said open until 11. We walked back to the car, and then my boyfriend went back to the door and asked why were they closed, when it was only 10. The employee said that she thought it was 11, so I walked back through the rain, soaking wet at this point, and we go in and place our orders. As we were walking through the door, this employee starting laughing as if she thought it was funny that we dripping wet from the rain. Highly unsatisfied with the customer service we had gotten so far, we order anyways, only to be told that the card machine wasn't working. We left. That was probably the most unprofessional customer service I've received. I don't recommend going to this McDonald's.
